number of people and length of stay.
· There is a $50 reservation fee on every reservation made.

· A refundable security deposit is required. Any amount owed may be taken out of the deposit before it is
refunded. On the properties that allow pets, the cost of sanitizing the unit and cleanup after the pets is
also taken out of the deposit before it is refunded.

The Homestead House
The living room has a cozy fireplace, a large sectional and another sofa for comfortable seating,
and a trundle bed (2 twin beds). The kitchen is large enough for more than one cook and is fully
equipped. It has a wood stove in the center of the kitchen and a table which seats 6. There are two
bedrooms each with their own private bath, both with one queen bed. Accommodates 7. $250 per
night.
The Amigos Suite
A Southwestern flavor accents this charming suite. From its upstairs vantage point, spectacular views
of Cathedral Rock can be enjoyed on the private balcony or spacious living room. There is a king bed
in the bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a recliner sofa and a full bath. Can accommodate 2 people
comfortably plus one more on cot. $165 per night.
The Cottage
Beautiful lawns give way to an enchanting cottage. A deck with picnic table provides a terrific setting for
viewing the magnificent red rocks. The charm of the cottage is in its unique décor which begins with a
sunny fully-equipped kitchen, moves into a bedroom with a queen bed, then spills over into a delightful
bathroom with a glass door opening to a secret garden. There is loft space with double and twin bed
mattresses. Accommodates 3 to 4 people. $150 per night.
