1. Cathedral Rock Lodge and Retreat Center
CATHEDRAL ROCK LODGE AND RETREAT CENTER
Cathedral Rock Lodge & Retreat Center is set in the heart of the vortex energies of Sedona. This magical
country setting offers rock terrace gardens and wonderful wooded grounds with an enchanting appeal.
Mountains and gardens can be seen from all the windows. Red sandstone cliffs stand as singular sentinels,
a stone’s throw away. Oak Creek is within walking distance from the property. This is the perfect setting
for personal or group retreats, spiritual seekers, artists, musicians, writers, family reunions or vacations,
hikers & bikers, a romantic hideaway, or a memorable holiday getaway. It is a sacred, peaceful environment
for relaxation, reflection and rejuvenation.
- All of the units have CD players and televisions with Direct TV, DVD and/or VCR.
- Check-in time is from 3:00-6:00pm (call for other arrangements).
- Check-out time is 11:00am.
- Children and pets (up to 40 lbs.) allowed.
- A washer and dryer are available for guests to use.
- There is a $50 reservation fee charged for each event.

WEDDINGS
- The whole property will have to be rented for wedding events. The per night rate is $500 to rent the whole
property which can sleep 16 in total, not counting couches and floor space.
- There will be a $500 refundable damage deposit collected in advance of the event. The cleaning fee after the
event will be taken out of the deposit before the deposit is refunded.
- There is one kitchen and two kitchenettes on the property which are suitable for breakfast, lunch and light
dinner preparations. The wedding event and rehearsal dinner would need to be catered as no such services
are provided by the Lodge.
- Weddings must be held outside during daytime hours due to neighborhood sound restrictions that have
to be observed (no music outside after dark). There is no indoor space large enough for large gatherings.
- Due to the quiet nature of Cathedral Rock Lodge & Retreat Center and the owners desire to host weddings
that are of a sacred and peaceful nature, only limited alcohol use is permitted (no hard liquor and no open
bar). Drunken behavior is not permitted.
- The Lodge property has enough space to park 6 to 7 cars, therefore guests will need to park at the High
School and be shuttled to/from the property.
- Tables, chairs and other items needed can be rented from and delivered by Verde Valley Rentals
928-634-8531. There is an extra fee for use of the Lodge grounds based on number of guests.

RETREATS AND REUNIONS
- Rental Rates:
To sleep up to 16 (not including floor space and couches) $500 per night
To sleep 11-12 $425 per night
To sleep 8-9 $350 per night
To sleep 6-7 $250 per night
- There will be a $500 refundable damage deposit collected in advance of the event. The cleaning fee after the
event will be taken out of the deposit before the deposit is refunded.
- There is one kitchen and two kitchenettes on the property which are suitable for breakfast, lunch and light
dinner preparations. Meals and/or catering are not provided by the Lodge.
- For retreats, a list of activities that will be held on the property must be submitted prior to reserving the property.
If any could be potentially harmful to the participants, the reservation will be refused.
- Due to the quiet nature of Cathedral Rock Lodge & Retreat Center and the owners desire to host events that
are of a sacred and peaceful nature, only limited alcohol use is permitted (no hard liquor and no open bar).
Drunken behavior is not permitted. Recreational drug use is prohibited.

The Homestead House
The living room has a cozy fireplace, a large sectional and another sofa for comfortable seating,
and a trundle bed (2 twin beds). The kitchen is large enough for more than one cook and is fully
equipped. It has a wood stove in the center of the kitchen and a table which seats 6. There are two
bedrooms each with their own private bath, both with one queen bed. Accommodates 7 including
one on roll-away bed. The last 2 pictures are two extra rooms downstairs which sleep 3 more.
The Amigos Suite
A Southwestern flavor accents this charming suite. From its upstairs vantage point, spectacular views
of Cathedral Rock can be enjoyed on the private balcony or spacious living room. There is a king bed
in the bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a recliner sofa and a full bath. Can accommodate
up to three people (one on foam bed on floor).
The Cottage
Beautiful lawns give way to an enchanting cottage. A deck with picnic table provides a terrific setting for
viewing the magnificent red rocks. The charm of the cottage is in its unique décor which begins with a
sunny fully-equipped kitchen, moves into a bedroom with a queen bed, then spills over into a delightful
bathroom with a glass door opening to a secret garden. There is loft space with double and twin bed
mattresses. Accommodates 3 to 4 people.
